Cloning SD card (WP8.1)

I'm switching from one SD card to a new card and I tried to clone the card (on W10 Pro x64), but the wpsystem folder is somehow protected and can't be accessed, no matter what I tried. It seems essential to get that copied also. Can it be done? I tried Casper 8.0 (good cloning soft IMO), but it resulted in error also.

I'm thinking something like bootable CloneZilla? Would you reckon it will work? I'm suspicious how it'll recognize two USB SD card readers.

edit: In short, is there a dedicated tool for it?

I wasn't successful with CloneZilla. The content of the card seemed perfectly copied to the new card, but when I tried it on the phone the results were messed up. Apparently apps installed on the card seemed broken and instead showed their missing folder path on top of the icon.
