How to get into advanced repair from hard reboot?

I've tried to turn my laptop off and turn it on and then turn it off again right after the manufacturer's logo shows up, and then turn it on, for 3 times more but I can't get into the advanced repair mode.

I can't get into the advanced repair mode from settings or from the sign-in screen, because I can't even get into the sign-in screen.

Did I do it the wrong way or this method doesn't available on my laptop?

My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 260, Windows 10.

I'm unfamiliar with Lenovos but I did a quick search and I found this which gives a couple of options. If they don't work, then try searching the Lenovo support site/forums.
