No MoSetup in regedit, trying to install win 11 on unsupported hardware

I'm trying to install windows 11 on unsupported hardware with the way Microsoft said to do it. But there is no HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/Setup/MoSetup. Someone told me to create one and I did but it's not letting me update. I know that the only thing keeping me from updating is old cpu and tpm 1.5 so I should be able to ignore it this way. What do I do?

Simply download dll file "appraiserres.dll" file and replace it in sources folder in windows installation media. Your problem will be solved...
