WiFi requires username and password. Phone remembers the username, but not the password.

Is there a way to remember the password?

It's not for home it's a public one.

Lumia 640, Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2

(I know for Home WiFi you just need a password and it saves that, but this is for something else where you need an account to connect to the WiFi)
