Windows 11 Update Error

I am on the Insider "Canary" channel. Windows 11 Insider Preview 25982.1000 (rs_prerelease) is the last "Preview release that Successfully installed on ‎26/‎10/‎2023. The next release Windows 11 Insider Preview 25992.1000 (rs_prerelease) always fails at 35% installed with Failed to installon ‎11/‎11/‎2023 - 0x80004005 I have been trying since that date but it always fails in the same manner. All the other updates such as security and NET Framework all install OK. I have run an Update test - OK and a BITS test. The BITS test always says some security issues but says it fixed them. I have also noticed that an elevated command prompt does not work - the window comes up and I can type in a command, for example " Restore Health" but even a typed "exit" does not close the window. Can anyone Please give me a hint as to how to troubleshoot? I have since downloaded the ISO file for Windows 11 Insider Preview 25992.1000, but it will not allow me to keep my apps as the iso language, it says is different to that on my pc. The language on my pc is English UK and the only language choice on the ISO download was either English International or English American. I chose English International. Does anyone know a workaround ?
