Windows Phone 8.1 Live account sync error 80072efd and getting hot

When ever my phone has problems syncing Live account it is getting very hot.
Error is 80072efd. Network works fine and gmail & and exchange account syncs fine.
Biggest problem is that when it happens phone is getting very hot and battery drains quickly, like 5% in 10 minute. I checked with IR temperature meter and it was 47 celsius from back...

Reboot does not help. Problem just goes away once syncing Live account is working again.

Phone is Lumia 930 with latest updates.

What could be the problem?

And more specified, it keeps syncing forever unless I reboot the phone or disconnect the network. Then only I can see the error that last sync was failed.
I try now to set sync daily, and do not sync it to see if it chills down...
