Unless you know something we don't, this probably belongs in "Concepts & Dream Devices".

A few thoughts concerning phone A:

Screen: 4.7" is very small for a flagship nowadays. Considering you're talking about an IGZO-display, bezels would be minimised and a larger display is therefore less of a problem when it comes to total device size. Due to the on-screen navigation, 4.7" would be tiny compared to the competition, so I'd argue a 5.1-5.5" is more reasonable.

Incompatibilities: How do you propose to have inductive charging in a phone with an aluminium chassis?

RAM: I'm not sure why this device would need 4 GB of RAM since it has too small of a screen for functional multitasking and no hardware that requires a lot of RAM for optimal function.

Camera: While the QuantumFilm seems really interesting, I have yet to see any imaging samples that showcase the technology. It'd also be a bit more interesting to know how big the sensor is, since InVisage is flaunting adaptive megapixel settings (you can change the pixel size yourself).
