I wouldn't get excited about the processor just cause its 64bit. It was still slated to be a low powered 410 and only 1GB RAM.

People don't really notice when Apple came out with a 64bit mobile device, they quietly increased the SoC memory throughout. Everybody assumed it was the magic 64bit processing when it wasn't. It was an upgraded processor all together.

Also, there's no hard evidence we are still getting a GDR2 update for 8.1 at all. :/

Blu users are reporting they are getting Update 2 OTA. Microsoft must, therefore, have released it to OEMs and Carriers.

Blu got Denim and Update 1 early in the cycle. Their firmware is very light so they just test and release.

GDR2 has been released for several devices, most prominently the HTC One M8 for Windows
