10240 is RTM.
You can even quit Insider Program now, if you want.

i have had the TP on my computer here in my office and when i came in today i noticed i had got an update over the weekend and now all my watermarks are gone and in system it no longer says Technical Preview but just Windows 10 Pro. is this the live full version or the 10240 ?

Yes, but without GA (General Availability) Day 1 Patches on top of it.

This is build 10240. The watermark is removed because it is the RTM build (candidate?).

You should be able to do this within one of the Windows settings.

But don't think about this aspect, just love Windows 10.
