Why isn't my Windows 10 store working properly anymore?

My Windows 10 store isn't working properly anymore

There are 10 apps that need to be upgraded but they're stuck at 0.0 MB even though I'm connected to Wi-Fi. What should I do?

just updated Royal Revolt 2 on my 10240 ... there's nothing wrong with store

if you are talking about phone even i am having problems. got no idea about what is happening. if it is important u can always roll back

Oddly enough my phone ever since the new update works better than my PC and btw I solved the issue.

The store wasn't letting me update more than two apps at the same time on my 635, is that what you're referring to?

No I was talking about Windows 10 for PC

Since I have an unlimited data plan, I don't pay extra to get an ADSL, instead I use my phone as a hotspot. In Windows 10 when you're connected to a phone hotspot, it automatically sets the connection as a metered one to avoid any extra costs, thus it won't let you update anything but this can be easily solved by going to "network settings" then "advanced options" and then toggling "set as metered connection" off.
