Why I'm not getting my Windows 10 update?

I reserved my windows 10 update on 21 july and today is 2nd august and still I am not getting my reserved windows 10.please help me!

The official rollout is over several week (possibly months). If you want to jump the queue and download and install it yourself, you can follow the instructions for using the media creator tool here - I cannot post urls yet so have removed the dots in the below link

Note you don't actually have to create any media if you are upgrading the PC you run the tool on. I have used this method to upgrade both my PC and my Laptop
