Groove Music - Not Available in Your Region?

I tried in some regions to log in, but Groove didn't let me. It said every time that Groove is not available in my selected region. Tried with Austria and USA. Both on phone and PC. Anyone else with this problem?

But you are actually located in a region where Groove isn't supported?
I think Groove looks at where you really are (geolocation), not at your selected region.

The Wiki site about Groove Music shows Austria as an available country.
