Incorrect win10 copy received.

I had a registered copy of Win8.1 Pro installed but only received a copy of Win10 Home in return. Can anyone please tell me if there is a legal way to correct this or am I stuck with an inferior copy NOT of my choosing.

I would start at http://support.microsoft.com and find where to go from there.

This is the type of problem they are supposed to help you to fix.
