Hi,
There is a very simple solution to the "Phone Locked For XXXXX Minutes" problem. This message generally comes when your phone is already locked out for 1 or 5 minutes & it shuts down suddenly because of low battery or a soft reset (power + volume down)
What essentially happens is that, your phone is scheduled to unlock at a specific date-time before the shut down. But when it turns on the date-time is reset to the date when you had last updated your device. So now it waits till the pre-shut down date-time.
Since, your device is locked you can't update it manually. So what you have to do is to take your phone near the WiFi to which it was last connected. Please note, this will not work with any other saved network...only the one you were last connected to before shut down. Assuming, that auto date-time update is enable on your device, the phone will update it & you are good to go again
