Likely late fall.

But we don't have a solid date.
Even then, the 1320 won't be among the first to get it, aaand if the phones branded to a carrier, it's subject to their delays.

Wait I thought the whole deal with Windows Phone 10 is it will provided directly from MS not the carrier. Similar to Apples system.

That's how it is supposed to work with updates for brand new devices running Windows 10 Mobile out of the box,once those are available.

That won't affect existing older devices.

We're not sure if it'll affect the initial 10 update or not. Afterwards should be smoother sailing.
