not me... my Lumia 640 is already on Insider version... talking with one guy from my country on local GSM forum and he purchased new Lumia 640 in Extreme Digital and selected phone update in WP8.1 and phone is updated to W10M

also some device (640) yesterday on Insider also received update (not my device)

my device is branded (locked) to carrier and that reason why maybe not receive new update...

devices from Extreme Digital is retail unlocked...

Ya but the second image(the one not insider) seems to be already on windows 10 while updating (look at the look of the phone update settings and the no sim card sign on top

^ wait... I just pointed out the UI. The official screenshot UI is on windows 10... Had it been updating from 8.1 to 10, it should have been w8.1 UI instead of 10...
