My phone showed an update of Windows 10 mobile

Today my phone( L525 india) showed an update of windows 10 mobile build 10.10586.29. Currently I am not an insider and update is not labelled with technical preview for phone. Is this a server issue or Microsoft started to roll out the update

If you are on windows phone 8.1 before update then background show like WP8.1,but here it show already like windows 10 mobile style before download ,so its fake.

I did'nt say that they started to roll out the updated. I asked whether they started to roll out the update. I posted this question because 'currently' I am not an insider. If this is an insider update I would be getting 586.36 .

If you were an insider you'd most likely be getting .63

When you left the Insider Program, did you roll back to 8.1? If not, what was your last update in the Insider Program?

Do you guys suggest that we leave the insider program for preparation of the official release? I don't mean to roll back, just leave insider...
