How to transfer my apps from old phone to 950?

When you setup your new phone, sign in with the same Microsoft account from the old phone. You'll have the opportunity to restore a backup. This will include whatever apps are installed. So be sure on your 925 to check if it's getting backed up.

For apps, you can check the Windows Store and click on My Library. It should have all the apps you have installed.
