Seems its a known bug with no fix, roll back to WP 8.1 is your best bet.

I don't think it is a bug as I don't have it on my L830, been using WM10 for long time on the insider program and now after upgrade.

I have Lumia 830 and the same thing happened to me after upgrading to Windows 10 Mobile. It happens from very first insider build. I thought they would fix it but nope.. still happening. I was thinking it's my phone's fault (hardware or something) but now I see it's not.

Its a known bug with windows 10 mobile. It's been there on my 830 since very old previews. Though it's frequency has comparatively reduced following serial updates, still it's there, now and then... Hopefully it'll be fixed in the future releases.
