I cant even RESET my 950XL. Please help

I have been having problems login into my outlook and MS account from my 950XL. All of a sudden after latest non insider update, my MS account services are no longer accessible...it keeps asking me to enter my MS acct....I do and nothing happens....it keeps asking me again....same with OUTLOOK. I resolved outlook by erasing the outlook acct (same as my MS account) and setting it up again. But the MS account is not working.

Now I am trying to hard reset the damn phone and it needs my MS accout to reset.....I keep entering my PW and getting the same BS as before....I cant reset this piece of crap cause it needs my MS account....but I cant login to my MS account.....i'm about to throw this thing against the wall....please help

1. Clam down.
2. It is not just you who has been having issues with this update.
3. The most common problem everyone has been reporting is that their network broke.
4. Maybe that is your case too.
5. I assume you have already tried hard reset and did not work. So it means you already have backed up your data.
6. Use lumia recovery tool to reset your phone.
7. I am 100% it will solve your problem.

Yes very frustrating.
Same here with my secondary MS outlook.com account.
It's been unavailable for 2 days now after the latest non-insider update.

I'm sure things will right themselves on Microsoft's end shortly.
