No Windows 10 metro apps opening?

Netlfix, shiftV, free movies box and more metro apps for some reason aren't opening. They say 'check the windows store for more about .......' Could this be the same problem that is happening on the windows phone store?

I am also having some problems with this. Especially with Viber and the Office Preview apps. I have tried reinstalling them, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.

It seems to be more a problem with a corrupt registration service, hence the failure for the apps to launch.
