I created a Feature Suggestion for improving the Windows 10 Touch Keyboard. Please vote if you agree with the suggestion.
"The Windows 8.1 Touch Keyboard is taking up too much screen space on 8-12 inch devices. If I want a full size keyboard experience, that's fine, but if we use split keyboard, while keys are smaller, the black bar is covering the same space on the screen and making the split keyboard useless. Please take a look at the split keyboard on the ipad - it takes up only a small portion of the screen space and maximize the readable screen space.
If you are to add word-flow keyabord from WP 8.1, then I think the keyboard should roughly the same size of the WP 8.1 keyboard and remove the black bar. Wordflow keyboard on a huge keyboard is pointless because the key travel will be too long to type quickly; plus, wordflow keyboard doesn't require precise key press.
Please add third-party keyboard support, just like Android, to the app store."
