Windows 10 is going to be an OS for all (Phone,PC,Tablet and Xbox ).
So, point of discussion is that Is Windows 10 support a new Application file different from exe and iso? Or it support old Apps too?

And windows 10 will come with its own features and again all win 8.1 Apps get outdated same what we saw in case of upgradation from win 7x to 8 and from 8 to 8.1 ;and that app situation again appear.
If I'm wrong then correct me .

Yes your wrong. Windows 10 is not a different OS it is an update. And windows phones 8(.1) will be able to handle windows 10. If all new features can be used depends on the hardware of your phone. Like the 4k video in DENIM is only available for the icon/ 930 and 1520.

So , you want to say ,win 10 isn't going to be a major update?
No new UI ?
No new start screen?
No new music player ?

Most guys got the wrong idea and Windows 10 for PC and phones at the moment.
Its still gonna be an updated version of WP 8.1 and not exactly the same Windows 10 for PC.
What it will have though is much better integration to the PC and a Unified appstore but that doesn't mean all Windows 10 PC apps can be ran on phone.
But there will be UI changes to make it look more like a unified os.
So basically for any Wp 8.1 user it will be an update as usual and nothing too radical happens and all current apps remain compatible.

If win phone isn't going to support all apps in unified appsStore, then why an unified AppStore???

Lawd, you guys can whine... Dude, a unified app store in no way, means that all the apps will be compatible with every device connecting to it. It simple means that all devices will be connecting to one central app store and will only get apps designed to run for them. E.g. Windows RT and Windows (x86) devices both connect to the same Windows Store for apps. And as you know, there are desktop apps in the windows store. But Windows RT devices don't have access to the x86 apps. Only full Windows do. So it's the same concept. Only universal apps will be able to run on all Windows devices.

Sent all the way from Jupiter with my Lumia 1320.

The idea behind unified app is that it will be much easier for developers to make an app which can be used on a computer tablet and phone. But that does not mean that all apps will be available on.all platforms. One example is the Lumia camera app why should that work on a pc.
Also hardware restriction will prevent that all apps can be used on all phones.

you are aware that the lumia camera app DOES in fact run on recent leaked windows 10 builds right? like litterally, the same app on phones, no changes.

Ofcse most WP8.1 apps will run on PC but not voice versa and that doesn't mean they will work well, also why would anyone need an app like that on desktop/laptop?
