Unable to download windows 10 insider program

Hi. I just signed up for the windows 10 insider program but it says that it's not done yet and I can't download it. Other people can download it. Anybody else facing this problem?

After yesterday they closed the old Technical Preview. You have to wait until next week to download again, but this time if the new version.

I think it's out for selected people first, they said it will be out for everyone in February. We just have to wait.

I found the one prior to the new, unpublished build after googling a bit. On Microsoft, not illegitimate. I had to fill in the form again and then I got it. Sorry, didn't keep the link, but it took 5 minutes of searching.
