What will be the version of Cortana On PC and Phones(beta or fully upgraded)

Do Cortana still remains in beta or Fully upgraded in windows 10 technical preview For PC and Phones ?

Technical preview... by default all features in a technical preview are in beta state, so ehm... beta. Especially Cortana that I don't expect to be out of beta even when Win10 gets a full release. Mostly because Cortana requires such a learning process for both developers, users and it's backend.
