How long can I keep using the technical preview on pc?

I have read somewhere that the end date is 15th April.. Then what does it mean that people on fast ring will get update every month? I will receive updates even after the preview period expires?

I don't know where you read that April 15 date.
No one really knows the release schedule, but I'd have thought you can carry on using the preview on your test machine for as long as you like.

The Technical Preview that was released in October 2014 is the one that expires. We've already had another one released since then, so just keep up to date on it and all will be well.

April 15th I believe is the date set for the end of the world/Armageddon? No, wait, that's the final day we can file our taxes in the US. Sorry.
