This actually started back in build 9926. The left third of my screen shattered, so I moved the taskbar over to the right edge, and as soon as I did Cortana just stopped working. Her symbol changed to the generic search magnifying glass, she won't open when prompted, and neither will her settings in the settings app. Any tips?
