Why can't I get my mobile data to work after Windows 10?

I can't get my mobil data to work after windows 10

I have my phone running windows 10 and I don't know why the internet data is not working. It keeps telling me that there is an error with the access point, it says that turning off and on the phone would solve the problem but i have done everything like a thousand times and nothing happens. Please help. I can't be on wifi all day.

Contact your Network provider and get Internet settings for your phone

Maybe you have a phone which is not on the list for having windows 10
