Generally looks good, especially the "recent app" column (much better than the current one in 10041).
However, I don't like the icon arrangement (large spacing). I still prefer transparent tiles + minimum spacing.

It is hard to appease everyone. I hope there will be more than one theme available (not just different colors, but also different icons). If there is a store section for custom launch (like android), it will be perfect.
