Can I get some help with my Windows 10 Build 10041 ISSUE?

Windows 10 Build 10041 ISSUE HELP

I have a Lenovo Y510p laptop running high specs. And the new build works fine.... But one problem and its driving me crazy trying to figure it out. I did the whole Mail, People, and Calendar rest because it wouldn't work. Well I did it and the code was right and idk what is wrong but now the apps are in the app list but they are black and you cannot open them. I've tried deleting them with IOBit uninstaller but the don't show up and you can't right click to uninstall.... Suggestions?

Have you turned off UAC?
​It seems to need to be left running for the first time you install/launch each of those apps (you can then turn it back off and the apps will continue to work).

It got fixed with the new update thankfully!
