Any update to visual studio bugs in 10049

I am curious to see if anyone has heard about updates for the visual studio bugs in build 10049. Would fixes come via updates or would they only be implemented through slow ring release of 10049?

I got few (5) updates I think after installing 49, however its still a bit buggy. freezes for short period of times when writing code blend is no better -.-

Does the designer work at all or does it crash every time?
