I tried to call my folks back in Canada on Skype through Windows 10 on my HP Notebook but the "app" that came with Win10 has pretty much all menus outside of the window area and can not scroll or pan to reach them.
When I select the settings, I can see about 1/8 of the menu off on the right edge of the window but can get it to any area to view the whole thing, regardless of if I go full screen or windowed. I even tried using the arrow keys to see if I could pan it further over.
It might have something to do with my notebooks resolution but I can not make my resolution any higher than it is.
I can select contacts, I can hit the back and home buttons but the call button and other main buttons are off the screen.
I ended up using skype on my Lumia 930 instead.
Any solutions?
