Start Menu/Screen not showing

Hello guys, I just performed a fresh install of Windows 10 10049 on my Surface Pro 3 and now the Start menu/screen does not show when I press the Start button. Can anyone assist or give a regedit to re enable the menu. The problem existed on 10041 but was working initially after the install completed but stopped working shortly afterwards.

I experienced the same (along with a broken "Cortana") after installing Build 10061 and eventually I had to perform a clean install to correct the issue.

I tried the following fixes:
-PowerShell script to force the re-install of all apps
-Registry fix to EnableXAMLStartMenu
-"Refresh" of Windows 10

None of these worked for me, but you could try, if not I'd recommend to back up your data & perform a clean install from the 'Recovery' options.

Cheers, went back to 8.1 2 weeks ago and this morning i reinstalled 10061 and it's fine.
