Warning with upgrading to 10061 and child accounts on pc

This hasn't been confirmed yet bet many people that had child accounts on their PC that upgraded to 10061 have gotten locked out of all modern apps including the start menu, windows update and settings.

So far a clean install or rollback seems to be the only fix.

It's looking more to be the case but no official word. Don't upgrade with a child's account on your computer. I'm going to try a command line rollback and then reinstall without the child's account.

Yes i can confirm this behavior.
My laptop was updated automatically and also runs a child account and cannot access Start, Apps, cannot type in Search and no access to various system settings

Most of us deleted the child account and performed a refresh. Someone else said just the refresh helped but I didn't want to take the chance.

This should be a sticky or news item to save people some grief.
