Can't log in on Build 10074

I wanted to try out windows 10 on my old PC, so I downloaded the latest ISO and installed I via USB. After installing, I'm stuck on the create account screen and can't pass it. Tried entering outlook account, tried creating local account but nothing works and I'm stuck on create account screen. Anyone else facing this problem? See the attached image and any one knows what to do??

i had this and it drove me mad for hours, even FRESH install had me at that again, only thing that worked was to go to startup advanced option and somehow get to the refresh pc option, then it logged me in

Samething is happening to me I tried everything and still can't login. I tried refreshing it but it asks me for a password for the user defaultuser0 which I have no idea what it is.

ok, all i can say from my point of view, is when i couldn't login, i did a full refresh, took about 15-20 mins, and then when it rebooted it logged me in and i didn't then have that problem - but it sounds like that isnt working for everyone.

try a few reboots, i seem to remember from that day where it took hours to resolve, that on one of the times, a number of reboots then suddenly resolved the blank login screen i had too, its very temperamental in this TP

Well guys, I have tried everything. Resetting, using outlook and local accounts, reinstalling the OS itself (3 times). Still, absolutely no change. Anymore ideas???
