i have problem in windows 10 build 10052 on My Lumia 638!!!

I'm Muhammad Ammar Dariyai from India.
Last night I upgraded my lumia 638 WP 8.1 UPDATE 1 TP to Windows 10 build 10052 fast ring. last night my cell was working fine even today morning but my brother call me when I was browsing via UC Browser. I cut the phone and went on home screen there are no apps (Pin) there even in side screen, all are like hidden files. Storage sense showing all installed apps i done so many things ( except reset ) but nothing helped ( except kid's corner ). i can select few apps in it an i launched it and those apps are showing on home screen. but i cant call lol... i can call by going in whatsapp.
When i start downloading W10 storage was around 1.7 GB. Now 1.5 GB free.
