Windows phone 10 doesn't have settings, calling or contacts. How can I fix it?

windows, phone, 10, doesnt, have, settings, calling or contacts. how can i fix it?

i have recently got the windows ten preview on my phone and there is not settings, calling or contacts. I think a bunch more is gone aswell. How do I fix this?

Hard reset and or roll back to 8.1 ( and try again)

Hard reset will fix this.
