Colours washed out in build 10130

Anybody else have this? It's subtle and hard to put your finger on at first, but I noticed my eyes getting tired and getting a headache from the lack of contrast, so I plugged it into an external monitor and compared between a computer with an older build and the new build and the blacks are no longer black, they're grey and the whole contrast is muted with everything washed out.

No update available to the GPU so I had to roll back to an older build. I've still got a headache from that, hope they catch this and don't just steam ahead :unhappysweat:

Looks like the intel graphics card in my laptop is just ****, even on the older builds it's outputting washed out blacks even to external monitors. Possibly just an issue with my laptop.
