when i reserved for windows 10 it shows that there might be some problems with bluetooth?

When i reserved for windows 10 to upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 for my pc ,it showed that there might be some problem with my bluetooth.it states that certain bluetooth devices wont function properly.

That just means the upgrader has done a compatibility check on your system and thinks they'll be some issues with your Bluetooth devices if you decide to install Windows 10 on it.
You could ask your PC manufacturer if they're working on any Windows 10 drivers for their Bluetooth components.
