Wy won't I have a network connection after Win 10 upgrade?

No Network Connections after Win 10 upgrade

Decided to upgrade my Surface Pro 2 to Windows 10 today (got the Pro 3 so this is kind of a test toy now) and after the upgrade I have no network connections.

Device manager shows it is installed and working properly however there are no network adapters listed in Network Connections.

I tried plugging my Cat5 Dongle in and it seemed to recognize and install drivers etc... but again, its listed as working properly in device manager but its not showing up in Network connections.

Ive tried everything I can think of, any ideas?

Well I reinstalled from the same usb drive and now everything is working.
I am all set
