build 10130 error at installation! Pelase help!

I have a problem with the update to 10130. If you try to update eror gives 0x080070652.The computer restarts and begins а permanent restart if only the logo.When you try to install from iso in 64 bit system installer does not start.There are other with the same problem, but not all. Please help!
