As a suggestion for this Windows 10 Launch, the 8.x Single Language edition should be gone for good. I just got a new laptop and realized I couldn't change language after the fact (because using English is too boring lol). Another consequence is that I can't get the handwriting panel to work with other languages either, since it's tied to the language pack.
