Log in issue with build 10130

Is anyone having any log in issues with Win 10 10130? I installed it as a dual boot on my desktop and have found that sometimes when I put my password in I just get a spinning circle and doesn't ever log in, I have also noticed that the build seems to be pretty unstable, apps crashing, start not working, internet randomly dying.

I have it running in my laptop and do not have issues with log in but get similar issues with stability.

I too got 10130.
the failed login, Use your Microsoft password even though ya offline.
the build is so dull n unsable, Spartan so slow n lagging...

just tryna give Microsoft as much feedback for improvement

Ok so I think I figured out the log in issue, I unplugged the network cable and it let me log in. Very weird.

I also seem to be getting apps that I launch lost behind screens that are full screen, i.e. if I have a app running full screen and launch another app it seems to open behind the full screen one.
