Is there no update 2 for Lumia 535 Dual ?

I havent received any updates from windows for two months. Is windows 10 available for lumia 535 ?

The official final Windows 10 version for Windows Phones has not been released yet. However, all Windows Phones running Windows Phone 8.1 should be upgrade-able to Windows 10 when it becomes available. According to Microsoft, release will start on July 29, 2015 but may take weeks or months after that date to reach all compatible devices.

Wrong! What gets released on July 29, 2015 is Windows 10 for PC! There is no release date for Windows 10 Mobile announced yet but its confirmed that it WON'T be the 29th. Its expected to come in fall earliest.

Check out the Windows 10 FAQ and Tips straight from Microsoft. It specifically states:

Microsoft is making Windows 10 available as free upgrade for qualified Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows Phone 8.1 devices. It will be available starting July 29, 2015; people can reserve their free upgrade today.

Doesn't this mean the same thing as what I've said?

But Microsoft clarifies things by saying:

We are working with Windows Phone 8.1 partners to make the Windows 10 upgrade available to most phones later this year.****

whereas the quadruple footnote means

****The availability of Windows 10 upgrade for Windows Phone 8.1 devices may vary by OEM, mobile operator or carrier.

and that's why I included certain clauses in post #2, such as "when it becomes available" and "it may take weeks or months after that date to reach all compatible devices".

Windows 10 will be released on 29 July 2015 but, to repeat, may take weeks or months to reach all compatible devices. But to answer the OP, the L535 should be one of such compatible devices - it's just that Windows 10 is currently still not released.

Whatever - for people not familiar with the topic your post sounds like - "hey it gets presented and released on July 29th and as we already know it will take a few weeks/months from that point to show up on any device". In my oppinion this is simply not true because W10M won't be finished on July 29th and therefore the waiting for the release should not start on that day.
