Why does my Lumia 735 get an error when updating from 8.1 to Windows 10?

Windows Central Question

Lumia 735 updating from 8.1 to Windows 10

Whenever the Windows 10 update is installing after downloading part way through an error message saying installation failed with code 0x80070020
