Does anyone have a problem uninstalling apps with Windows 10 Mobile Build 10136?

Does anyone have a problem uninstalling apps with Windows 10 Mobile Build 10136

Have installed 10136 on Lumia 535.
When I go to uninstall an app a small square appears in the middle of the screen like a dialogue box is going to pop up but nothing happens.
Have tried a hard reset which fixed a few other issues for me but not this one. Have also tried rotating the screen as I know there is an issue with dialogue boxes and deleting pictures which is resolved by using the phone in landscape.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I too had that issue for some time. Then I kept the phone overnight, and in the morning I saw a prompt to restart after some update. Since I am new to WP, I don't know how to find out what got updated. But after that I could uninstall some of the applications. I suspect could be a very busy internet connection.
