How do I factory reset on Windows 10.

The most recent update has bricked my PC and I am stuck on the boot up screen, I have tried pressing F8 on boot up but don't get the option to reset it, does anyone know what to do?

F8 usually boots Safe Mode -- you want Recovery. If you have (had?) a recovery partition the documentation for you PC should tell you how to access at startup.

What kind of PC is it??
