question about windows 10 insider getting upgraded to RTM

so now microsoft said insiders won't get windows 10 for free no more. but, I had a activated copy of windows 8.1 before installing windows 10 preview (not clean install, just upgrade) will my system get upgraded to the final version in 29th or should i reinstall windows 8.1?
