No settings app, no phone app since i got the latest windows 10

I upgraded my lumia 630 to the windows 10.0.12634 (10136) and my settings were gone, I could not find them anywhere and my phone app just does not respond, should I downgrade to windows 8? or what can I do?

Yes if it is your main phone.
If it is a spare phone you could do a hard reset to see if the situation improves.
