I have downloaded windows 10 Home Insider Preview Single Language Evaluation Copy Build 10074. i am unable to open my start button. please help due to which I am unable to access any of my applications.

It's a bug in your build, a patch was released to fix this more than two weeks ago.
Try restarting your device, Then go to settings and update your device
